Email is the channel of record
Every enquiry is answered by the founder directly, in writing. That is deliberate: you get an answer you can file, forward to your general counsel, attach to a procurement record, or hold us to later. There is no call centre, no sales queue, and no account executive between you and the person who designed the system.
Telephone and video are available by arrangement once a conversation is underway. Written answers come first because a state agency’s file should not depend on anyone’s recollection of a call.
